All parcels are shipped with Australia Post. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched once the made-to-order process is completed.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we happily offer exchanges or credit notes.
Exchanges are not guaranteed, as they are assessed on a case-by-case basis and determined by the available stock at the processing time.
If you believe you have received a faulty item; please flag this immediately via email info@asafields.com for review/replacement. Do not attempt to wash this as this impacts our ability to accurately investigate this.
Returns Process:
You are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return please get in contact via email info@asafields.com as soon as possible. Please note: Return costs are at the customers expense. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.
To ensure your return is accepted; the items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.
